Well, I know its been awhile. But honestly we're pretty boring people so I have to give it some time for us to do stuff for me to feel like its "blog worthy". My sister has a much more intresting life since she's the one preggers with triplets....So...Over the past month Natalie did an excellant job on her Betsy Ross report that she did. I'm so glad because I think we both had fun doing the project. While doing it I had a chance to reflect back to my school days and wondered why I didn't really like to put forth a "creative" effort at the time...the only thing I can come up with really is it was MY project and I didn't want to do it...period. But I had so much fun getting creative with her project even though it obviously reflected that she had adult help and it was supposed to be her vision...She did have fun picking the pictures we used and the way we placed the stuff on the board. The over concept was mine. Anyhow, She's doing well in school and we are currently learning to tell time...This is proving intresting because she's completly backwards, but I'm sure before long we'll get it down. She'll be telling time in no time flat. Let see child 2..Nathan...he's 6th b-day is tomorrow and I can't honestly believe that he's 6. And ALMOST! a first grader. I mean where did the time go with him. It seems like yesterday he couldn't be soothed and I had to constantly keep him in a swing. Those were the days I swore I might as well invest stock in energizer batteries. And I wondered if I'd ever survive. Luckily, I had a great hubby and some wonderful meds to help with the postpartdom depression I SURVIVED! Now he's in Kindergarden and doing well I might add. He luvs his teacher and luvs coming home from school and telling me weather he had a "green" day or a "yellow" day. As you can guess green is good and yellow is not so good. Cause he knows if he has green days he gets 30 mins of wii time. Before he sits down to do homework. He's tried to be sneaky a few times with using a crayon thats kinda a green yellow to where it looks like he had a green day when really it was yellow. Thank goodness Mrs. Carson is diligent in checking all of there folders to be sure they were honest and if he cheats. She clearly clarifys what the truth is. He's wanting me to make cookies or cupcakes to take to school tomorrow for a "b-day" celebration at school especially since he has snack tomorrow so I"m contemplating this. I have no idea when I'm gonna give this kid a party at the house with all of his friends because the next 2 weekends are NUTS! The 27th is FINALLY the up and coming baby shower I have been diligently planning for my sister who is I know yall know preggers with Triplets. I'm honestly ready to see the results of all this work I've put into it. And Natalie is exceited that she gets to go with me for some mom and daughter bonding time. I'm NOT taking the boys to this event. They were awful at my parents anniversary party me and ash did back in Feb. So Geoff is gonna bond with the boys. Ash's shower colors are choc brown, creme, and tang. orange. I know I'm intrested to see how this is gonna work, but I luv a chalange. I'm now down to the wire of calling folks. Anyhow, not sure if I posted it or not, but the sex of the babies are ALL GIRLS!! Thats right...As you can guess Natalie is really excited. She's just ready to put bows in these babies hair. I just wish they lived closer to me....I don't have ANY nieces or nephews that live close to where I can see them all the time. I guess I'm gonna have to get over it and plan a few trips to Alabama in the next little bit. Now on to Nick...he's our little comedian. He's new thing is saying "I"M NOT YOUR FRIEND!" he gets mad at you cause he doesn't get his way and he's off to his fav. saying. And in the car he's of course wanting your undivided attention. And if you don't listen to him he gets down. He comes up with the sillyiest things. He's big into using his imagination. Which is great because I luv to see what he comes up with next. He still luvs school and I just registered him for next yr. I'm so glad that this next yr is our last yr with this because I'm so looking forward to having him in school 5 days a week for longer hours cause maybe I can get a PT job or something. That minivan is the back of my mind. Now Geoff....He's not been up to much. We just got back from a camping trip that he planned and It was fun. He wants to make camping a Dennis family tradition during spring break. The kids luved it and of course were terriably sad when they didn't catch any fish. They luved going for hikes on the nature trails and I wish we had something like that to do often. I luv going exploreing as well. They luv the trailor and think of it as there FORT and so it was hard to keep them out of it and outside some of the time. They get to sleep in the sleeping bags and the kids have pretty kewl ones. ITs not completly ruffing it, but we still enjoy it. Hopefully we find out if we are moving or not soon. Of course this has been going on for awhile if we'd be staying here or on to our next duty station. Its leaning both ways. A few more armorys are supposed to be opening up and he may just transfer offices there. One by the Dell childrens hospital in the Round ROck pflugerville area and one of 51st street down town. In which case we'd just stay around here. And possibly try to sell our house just because honestly we need a bigger house. A 4th bedroom is a must now. And if we move it will more than likely be Lubbuck or Westlaco. Which neither places sound appealing ot me. I'm not to fond of Austin, but I'd pick here over any other of my choices any day of the week. But we have to go where the chance of promotion is available. Now on to me...not much going on in my life. Some would say I've turned into quite the "party" animal. I go out with the girls quite often and honestly this is awesome for me. I haven't had the chance in my life to have friends as good as the ones I've met over the past yr or so. I'm reading more than I have in my entire life and my goal is to read 100 books before the end of the yr. I think I have 80 more to go. I'm luving this challange. I'm reading some great stories and I'm trying to branch out of my normal zone of intrest. School for me is on the back burner just because I've honestly changed so much as a person since Geoff was deployed a bit ago that my intrests have changed alittle bit. I'm not sure really what Heavenly Father wants me to do or go into yet I'm just taking it day by day. I'm trying to discover what my talents are and I'm sure I'll find my niche. Right now I'm just trying to enjoy the ride and find my place. I know this was a long update, but this is all thats been going on with the 'Dennis. I know I have few readers out there, but for those of you that care..here it is. I hope that this finds you all well and happy and I know the Easter Season is upon us again....I'm indeed grateful that my family gets to be a forever family due to the the sacrifice of our Savior. Hope yalls Easter is a blessed one.
